Swipegeist helps users analyze public social media posts and generate AI-assisted creative teardown and brief outputs. You are responsible for the URLs, context, and instructions you submit and for how you use generated outputs.

Outputs are provided for creative strategy and planning purposes only. You should review and adapt outputs before using them in client work, advertising, production, or publication.

You may not use the service to submit unlawful content, infringe others' rights, send spam, attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with service operation, or request content involving cannabis, lending, gambling, adult, political, affiliate marketing, or third-party lead generation campaigns.

The service may rely on publicly available information from third-party platforms. Swipegeist is not affiliated with Instagram, TikTok, Meta, ByteDance, or any social platform referenced by users. Third-party links and platform content remain subject to their own terms and policies.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swipegeist disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Middle Middle, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service.
